Ernie is an 8 year old Chihuahua at Orange County Animal Services on Eubanks Road in Chapel Hill, NC.
AKA…THE POUND. (Luckily, he has a quiet room all to himself.)
He is so sweet and slow-moving. He let me pick him up and rub his tummy. He loves pets and his eyes would half close as you pet him.
SPEAKING of half, I paid half of his adoption fee, so he only costs $58, which includes removal of his boy-parts, shots, and a de-worming.
The most shocking part: he came in as a STRAY. Poor guy was surviving on his own and is still a sweet little nugget of love. Dogs never cease to amaze me.
