My weekend started, as I love for it to at Emotional Rescue Yoga. Affectionately coined Emo-Ree-Yo – it’s like meditation and yoga in one – and I don’t find myself at all lost or embarrassed. If you live nearby and you haven’t taken Ali’s Emo-Ree-Yo class, you’re missing out.
